Abstract


An Investigation of Postgraduate Theses Written in the Field of Educational Administration and Supervision
The aim of this study is to examine postgraduate studies in the field of educational administration and supervision by document analysis. In line with the aim of the study, a total of 57 postgraduate theses written between 2020-2022 were analysed. Document analysis method, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the research. As a data analysis method, descriptive analysis technique, which is one of the qualitative data analysis techniques, was used. The data source of the study consists of national theses made in recent years in the field of educational administration and inspection. As a result of the studies; it is seen that the most theses in the field of educational administration and inspection were written in 2022 and quantitative research methods were preferred as the research method. In addition, according to the data collection techniques of the studies, it was seen that the survey technique was mostly used.
