Abstract


An Investigation of Postgraduate Theses on the Effect of Teaching with Multiple Intelligences Theory on Students' Academic Achievement Published in Turkey between 2005-2022
The aim of this study is to examine the postgraduate research studies conducted in our country in order to investigate the effect of education related to the theory of multiple intelligences on students' academic achievement by using document analysis. Within the framework of the aim of the research, a total of fifteen postgraduate theses carried out between 2005-2022 were examined. In line with this goal, the main qualities of the studies examining the effect of education with multiple intelligence theory on students' academic achievement in our country were examined. Document analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. Descriptive analysis technique, one of the qualitative data analysis techniques, was used as data analysis method. The "Publication Review Form", which was developed by the researcher by making use of the literature on the subject, was used in the handling of the postgraduate research studies related to the effect of education with the theory of multiple intelligences on the academic achievement of students in our country. The publication review form was analysed according to research designs, data types, sample group, themes and finally the years of the study. When the findings obtained as a result of the study are examined; it is observed that the postgraduate theses prepared on the effect of the education related to the theory of multiple intelligences on the academic achievement of the students in our country were mostly written in 2006 and mostly written in "Gazi University" and quantitative research methods were used as the research type.
