Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı 2009 ve 2018 trafik güvenliği dersi öğretim programların incelenmesidir. Bu araştırma, nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılacaktır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan doküman incelemesi kullanılacaktır. Bu doküman incelemesi kapsamında 2009 ve 2018 yılı trafik güvenliği dersi öğretim programları incelenecektir. Bu öğretim programları özel amaçlar, değerler, içerik, kazanımlar açısından incelenecektir. Bu genel amaç çerçevesinde tüm bunların benzerlik ve farklılıklar açısından incelenecektir. Bu araştırmada doküman incelemesi yöntemi ile toplanan veriler betimsel analizi yöntemiyle kullanılmıştır. İncelenen programlar sonucunda 2009 ve 2018 yılı trafik güvenliği dersi öğretim programları özel amaçlarının üç amacın benzer olduğu görülürken diğer özel amaçlarının farklılaştığı görülmüştür. Aynı zamanda 2009 hemde 2018 yıllı programın incelendiğinde sorumluluk, sabır ve saygı ve gibi değerlerin benzer nitelikte olduğu görülmüştür. İçerik olarak gerek 2009 yılı trafik güvenliği dersi öğretim programlarının 2018 yılı trafik güvenliği dersi öğretim programından farklı olarak “Yaya”, “Yolcu” ve “Sürücü” temalardan oluştuğu saptanmıştır.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the 2009 and 2018 traffic safety course curricula. In this research, qualitative research method will be used. Document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, will be used. Within the scope of this document review, 2009 and 2018 traffic safety course curricula will be examined. These curricula will be examined in terms of specific objectives, values, content and achievements. Within the framework of this general purpose, all these will be examined in terms of similarities and differences. In this study, the data collected by document analysis method were used descriptive analysis method. As a result of the programmes examined, it was seen that three objectives of the special objectives of the 2009 and 2018 traffic safety course curricula were similar, while the other special objectives differed. At the same time, when both 2009 and 2018 programmes were examined, it was seen that values such as responsibility, patience and respect were similar. In terms of content, it was determined that both the 2009 traffic safety course curricula consisted of "Pedestrian", "Passenger" and "Driver" themes different from the 2018 traffic safety course curriculum.
