Özet
Öğretmenler tutum, beceri, bilgi ve alışkanlıkları ile topluma ve özellikle de çocuklara ve gençlere örnek olacak ve onları örnek insan olarak yetiştirecek kişilerdir. Öğretmenliğin neden çekici bir meslek olduğu sorusunun yanıtı ise diğer insanların yetişmesine yardım etmenin heyecan verici olduğudur. Bu önem arz eden durum doğrultusunda araştırmanın amacı ilköğretimde çalışan okul öğretmenlerin mesleki tutumlarına yönelik öğretmen görüşleri bazı değişkenlere göre incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini 2023-2024 eğitim öğretim yılında Diyarbakır merkez ilçelerinde çalışan 12376 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, evrenden tesadüfî örnekleme yoluyla ile belirlenen 220 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin öğretmenlik mesleğine ilişkin tutumlarının belirlenmesi için, Üstüner (2006) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan tutum ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Bu ölçek öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumu yansıtan 34 madde içermektedirve tek boyuttan oluşmuştur. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde; aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, frekans, yüzde, t-testi, ANOVA değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda; öğretmenlerin mesleli tutumlarına yönelik cinsiyet, eğitim durumu ve yaş durumlarına göre anlamlı farklılık göstermediği saptanmıştır.

Abstract
Teachers are the ones who, with their attitudes, skills, knowledge and habits, set an example for society, and especially for children and young people, and raise them as role models. The answer to the question why teaching is an attractive profession is that it is exciting to help other people grow up. In line with this important situation, the aim of the research is to examine the teachers' views on the professional attitudes of school teachers working in primary education according to some variables. The population of the study consists of 12376 teachers working in the central districts of Diyarbakır in the 2023-2024 academic year. The sample of the study consists of 220 teachers selected by random sampling from the population. The attitude scale developed by Üstüner (2006) was used to determine teachers' attitudes towards the teaching profession. This scale includes 34 items reflecting attitudes towards the teaching profession and consists of a single dimension. In the analysis of the research data; arithmetic mean, standard deviation, frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA values were calculated. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that there was no significant difference in teachers' attitudes towards the profession according to gender, educational status and age.
